The Nutcracker leads series was created to reflect the fifteen years of my life spent dedicated to pursuing dance, performing in the Nutcracker, and my love for the ballet. This series depicts my imagined versions of each of the Land of Sweets lead roles with the addition of the Snow Queen. These are mixed media pieces that aim to realistically depict these characters while still appearing in a more whimsical, fantasy setting.
